We are looking for a Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Chipping Warden.

The job in a nutshell

• Salary: GBP19-GBP20 per hour
• 4on/4off
• 06:00 am - 18:00 pm

As a vehicle technician, you will be undertaking vehicle servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs to an extremely high standard, working swiftly and efficiently to create a safe and productive environment. You will ensure the cars are mechanically prepared to a high standard.

A minimum of 1-year of experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic is required and a Level 3 Mechanical course completed.

What you will be doing as a vehicle technician

• Conduct servicing and repairs to many different marques of vehicle, performing diagnostic
• testing to identify faults
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment
• Understanding of different warranty schemes and how these affect customers
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Ensuring Pre Delivery Inspections are completed notifying the customer of any advisory
• Follow assignments through to completion, meets deadlines, and deliver on promises

Requirements for a vehicle technician

• Previous experience and/or relevant qualification is essential
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• A keen eye for minor issues.
• The ability to communicate with a diverse workgroup.
• A Full UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role.
