    We are seeking a skilled Construction Retail and Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and retail fit out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and experience . As a Retail Fit-Out Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Duties:
    - Plan, organise, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
    - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
    - Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
    - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
    - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations
    - Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
    - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise
    - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

    Qualifications:
    - SMSTS
    - Proven experience as a Construction/ Retail Fit Out Project Manager or similar role
    - Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
    - Proficiency in using project management software and tools
    - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
