    Role: AD and Collaboration Engineer

    Location: London

    Work Mode: Hybrid

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in overall O365 administration, primarily including Exchange Online, Active Directory, and AD synchronization (Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Azure AD synchronization is preferred).
    • Extensive experience in designing Hybrid solutions and deployment on O365.
    • Migration experience in different multi-forest/domain environments.
    • Writing technical architecture documents and obtaining sign-off from customers.
    • Experience with Exchange on-premises, AD Connect, ADFS, WAP, NPS, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
    • Worked with third-party email hygiene solutions.
    • Implementation of multi-factor authentication on Azure and O365.
    • Experience with Azure Information Protection, DLP, IRM, and Compliance on O365.
    • Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
    • Troubleshooting and monitoring of AD Connect.
    • Managing and ensuring availability of Office 365 services (Skype for Business), Exchange Online (email, calendar, tasks), O365 Administration using Office 365 Admin Console and Office 365 Command Shell.
    • Managing user accounts and user licenses through the Office 365 admin center in the Microsoft cloud platform or Windows PowerShell cmdlets.
    • Troubleshooting issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security, and compliance.
    • Creating or managing requests related to Office 365.
    • Automating and developing PowerShell scripts for processes within the environment.
    • Supporting Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online users using MS Office Outlook 2016 and OWA.
    • Mailbox management including Mailbox permission, delegation, quota management, mail tracking, and mail transport rule creation/modification.
    • Strong admin experience for day-to-day functionality in Office 365 services like SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online & Active Directory.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA: Office 365, MCSE: Productivity, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
