Description

Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre sales technical support to our UK based customers, external and internal

sales force.

To provide on-site support to customers and end users as required

To attend customer sites and assist with live site technical support and troubleshooting

as required

To provide detailed written reports on outstanding customer issues on a weekly basis

connection and face to face to all customers / distributors / users

Handle UK inbound sales calls/sales leads relating to product selection and

responding as required, e.g. system design and product kit lists referring to Distributers.

Maintenance, preparation and upkeep of demonstration room and Sales Managers

demonstration stock to ensure latest products are represented and working to

maximum effect at all times.

Interface closely and co-operatively with Head of Technical, Training Manager, Head

of Marketing, Product & Solutions team, Technical Support team and Sales Admin to

ensure highest level of Customer Service experience and satisfaction.

Attend trade shows and exhibitions as required to provide onsite technical expertise

and guidance.

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of CCTV products & software with an

emphasis on IP and network solutions.

Prepare documentation for tenders.

Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Head of Technical.

Good time management and priority handling with previous experience of working in

a customer facing environment

Able to present facts and ideas clearly and succinctly

Able to tailor communication styles to be effective with particular audiences

Carefully listen to and acknowledge customer requirements, ensuring their needs are

met

Qualification/other Requirements:
5 years + experience within the Security industry (essential)

In depth knowledge of CCTV product and TCP/IP(essential)

Excellent level of spoken and written English is essential

Full and clean driving licence
