    Description

    Job Title:
    Payroll ManagerReports to: HR DirectorPurpose of the Role:The Payroll Manager oversees the development and delivery of both weekly and salaried payroll activities, including all associated tasks

    Critical Success Factors:

    • Accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions
    • Compliance with relevant laws, internal policies, and practices
    • Effective coordination with stakeholders and HR teams
    • Efficient management of the payroll team

    Core Business Responsibilities:

    • Effectively process payroll transactions for approximately 1000 employees.
    • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems, aiming for continuous improvement.
    • Oversee processing of payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, and raises.
    • Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and practices, including liaising with auditors.

    Qualifications/experience :

    • Certified Payroll Professional preferredFMCG experienceProcessing weekly/monthly payroll
