Contact Centre Patient Advisor

Permanent, Full time

£ £1,500 unsociable hours shift allowance

Office Based

Willington, Derby

We are seeking a
Contact Centre Patient Advisor who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.


Responsibilities:

Speaking on the phone with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls

  • Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
  • Working quickly to
    organise replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence

Inputting data and making amendments on the scheduling system

  • Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times

Experience Required:

  • Excellent
    customer service skills and a good
    telephone manner:
-
Admin and organisational skills:


  • A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
  • Excellent
    problemsolving skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
  • You'll need to be computer literate

Role requirements:

  • 40 hours per week over 5 days with 1 hour lunch break
  • Happy to work evenings and weekends.
  • Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
  • Shifts are 7am4pm or 1pm10pm
  • Compulsory Working 1 weekend in 3

Salary:
£25,047.58 per year
