Description
Job Description Our client, a leading global SaaS organization, is searching for a visionary and strategic VP of Product to lead one of their more successful portfolio's of products focused on Logistics, WMS, Retail, and Distribution verticals.
This is a Product Strategy and Go-To Market focused position with a focus on finding product and building customer focused product solutions.
The position report into the Chief Product Officer and will be based 1 day a week from their Midlands based office (Birmingham city center).
The compensation is £110k - £146k with an up to 30% bonus on P&L performance.Craft a forward-thinking vision for their product portfolio in collaboration with industry leaders, guiding long-term growth.
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure market needs are addressed, working alongside Product VPs to drive roadmap alignment.
Lead the creation of a robust GTM plan in conjunction with Marketing and Commercial teams, leveraging metrics for performance evaluation and actionable insights.
Experience building SaaS or ERP solutions across Logistics, Retail, Distribution or WMS.Strong business acumen, driving financial performance and commercial viability within the portfolio.
Proficiency in cross-functional team management, orchestrating collaboration across diverse departments.
