About Our Client:


Our client is a highly reputable business in Southampton who is going through a very busy period and leading up to their year end.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing credit card payments
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciliations
  • Dealing with queries
  • Other adhoc duties

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role, you must:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to commute into the Southampton office every day
  • Be able to multi task
  • Be able to deal with volumes of workload
  • Be able to work as part of a team
