    Key Responsibilities:
    *Assist the Headteacher in the strategic and operational management of the school.
    *Lead curriculum development and ensure it meets the needs of all learners.
    *Monitor and evaluate teaching practices and student outcomes.
    *Drive initiatives that enhance pupil welfare and support inclusive education.
    *Manage staff development programs and mentorship for teaching and support staff.
    *Engage with parents, local authorities, and community organizations to foster partnerships that enhance educational outcomes.
    *Oversee the preparation and management of budgets and resources.
    *Implement policies and procedures that ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.

    Requirements:
    *Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in primary education.
    *Proven leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably as a Deputy Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, or in a similar role.
    *Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
    *Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
    *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    *Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
    *Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
