Sellick Partnership are working on behalf of an international energy and utilities company which is leading the way with sustainable energy solutions, who are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.

Corporate Commercial Solicitor Duties:
Providing legal advice in relation to large scale corporate and commercial projects
Supporting with bidding for energy partnerships mainly corporate and commercial partnership with cities
Supporting with entry into the market for district heating which will involve commercial or corporate partnering and third-party financing
Requirements of the Energy and Utilities Company
You have appropriate experience advising on construction and/or commercial arrangements and/or corporate law; You have business acumen with a practical, commercial approach to problem solving
You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills
