Knowledge and Skills
Asset lead
PPM manager
Use of CAFM system (TF cloud current system but experience with any system is ok)
Knowledge of SFG20
Understanding of what PPM are required for building assets.
Understanding of building compliance of implications if PPMs are not carried out.
Detailed knowledge of key aspects of providing a Facilities Helpdesk Service and Customer Care.
Knowledge of M&E plant and equipment typically found in office, commercial and other non-domestic buildings including HVAC, electrical installations and plumbing.
Understanding of property related issues
Knowledge of Building/Facilities Asset Management
Skills:
Good communication skills, written and verbal and good
Excellent IT and Data Management skills
Good people management skills
ICT literate to a good level
A confident, focused thinker, able to create innovative solutions and engage with and influence others.
Able to establish effective and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience
Experience of Managing a FM Helpdesk
Demonstrable evidence of working within a team environment
Experiencing dealing with engineers or contractors

£30.26 per hour
