- Responsible for developing the technical mechanical design of assigned projects.
- Produce MEP designs, calculations & specifications using relevant software provided.
- Monitor the production of drawings to ensure timescales are met & QA once complete to ensure technical accuracy & consistency.
- Undertake initial design site surveys, including use of Lidar scan to capture all relevant information for CAD draughtsman & internal design team to utilise throughout design process.
- Produce energy modelling assessments and presentations as required.

- Experience in relevant design software, such as Revit, Hevacomp, AutoCAD
- Understanding of current Building Regulations & accredited services: CIBSE, ASHRAE
- Ability to plan & prioritise workload to meet deadlines
