• MC269398 Electrical Design Draughtsman required for a pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Laindon.

Electrical Design Draughtsman Position Overview

• Assisting with the ongoing drawing transition from AutoCAD to EPLAN, working with therest of the Automation Department to agree on methods of working and drawingstandards
• Generating electrical drawings and panel Layouts, with supporting electricaldocumentation (Bill of Materials, Component Lists, Cable Schedules, Terminal RailLayouts etc.)
• Ensure all electrical drawings are updated promptly throughout the lifecycle of the projectand shared with all relevant departments
• Maintain a database of preferred electrical devices to ensure consistency in functionalhardware from project to project Electrical Design Draughtsman Position Requirements Essential
• In depth knowledge of EPLAN P8 and Pro Panel 3D is a necessity

- Formal Electrical Engineering Qualification (e.g. apprenticeship)Desirable

• An EPLAN Certified Engineer (ECE) qualification
• Familiarity with Automated production machinery or other similar capital equipment
