Meraki Talent's Investment Management client is actively looking for a HR Regulations Manager (Material Risk Taker) to assist with a project underway within the organisation. Our client is happy for this individual to be remotely based, or engage on a hybrid basis, providing they are a self starter and can evidence delivery.

Responsibilities of the HR Regulations Manager (Material Risk Taker):

Certification and MRT Identification, providing advice and ensuring reg requirements are met

Manage governance for MRT approval working with the Remuneration and Governance teams

Manage Knowledge and Competence and CPD requirements for all Certified colleagues

Develop and maintain Certification, MRT and governance/policy frameworks

Manage engagement with function leads on population maintenance, including regular training

Monitor regulatory developments
