- 5+ yrs of experience
- Experience in M&A, JV agreements
- Understanding of debt structuring
- Happy to travel 4 x per year to European off sites with the team

My client is a subsidiary of an international Utility that is one of the top 5 largest in Europe. My client develops, builds, owns, and operates renewable projects.
They are looking to expand their team. They have a co working office based in Central London. The company is around 20 people spread across Europe so there's a lot of flexibility for the right person.
