Working Hours:
Monday to Wednesday / Thursday hours per week Monday to Thursday)


Salary:
From £32,025 with an excellent benefits package

We have an exciting opportunity at our Scania assistance branch based in Bradford.

As a supervisor at Scania assistance, you will be responsible for coordinating support for customers in need of roadside assistance.

The role requires a forward thinker who can build positive working relationships and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our centre.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient running of the Service Coordination team.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication
  • Identify solutions for unexpected situations which occur for drivers on the road
