Strategy Consultant, London / Oxford (hybrid) - Up to £70k dependent on experience

We're looking for a Strategy Consultant to join an innovative, strategic consultancy specialising in tech and telco to join them on projects for a variety of clients.

As Strategy Consultant you'll be vital in translating insights into commercial recommendations, creating real client impact in CX and much more.

You'll be responsible for qualitative research, in-depth interviews and analysing data, displaying great analytical skills and interpersonal skills.

You'll be working alongside clients, fieldwork suppliers, vendors and wider stakeholders, being able to influence decision making with client objectives at heart.

The Strategy Consultant they're looking for will be someone from a research / strategic agency background, preferably with experience in tech and telco industries.

You'll be strong in presentations, being able to give reasoning for decisions based on research and data.

The Strategy Consultant they're looking for will be someone looking to progress in their career and work on interesting projects.

Delivering cutting-edge analysis, influencing senior stakeholders and helping reframe their thinking
Employing innovative design thinking methods to propose winning solutions
Design bespoke research approaches for a variety of project types
Supporting the Senior Consultant and junior members of the team alike

Below is what they're looking for in this Strategy Consultant:

4+ years of experience in strategic insights / research agencies, design agencies or consulting
Entrepreneurial cando attitude
Experience in tech / telco preferably across both B2C and B2B
Creative approach to research adapting different methodologies
Strong working with data
Great interpersonal / client management skills
Fluency in German, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, French beneficial
