Interim Senior Accountant£65,000 - £75,000 (£250 - £350 per day)Fully remote (1 day per month office)This global FMCG is seeking an interim accountant with exposure to CASEWARE accounting software.

Reporting to the CFO, you will lead on the following key tasks:
Year end statutory accounting, liaising with external auditorsOversee and deliver timely and accurate month end close for the UK businessReporting and interacting with global corporate HQ in the USManage a small team, overseeing quality of workHMRC returns including VAT, Corporation Tax and dealing with queriesManagement of UK cash position, cash flow reporting and treasuryOversee key customers (retail and online), managing outstanding balancesYour profileCASEWARE software experience and advanced MS ExcelQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA etc)Strong business acumen and self-starterTakes initiative and drives performancePossibility of permanent role at the end of the contract, if desiredThis role is due to finish end of Dec 2024
