    Mission

    • Alysian is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy start-up that specialises in serving the PE sector.
    • We have already grown profitably to 70+ employees in just 2 years and are on track to double our client service in terms of number of employees, revenue, and profitability in 2024.
    • We are looking for a highly driven individual to lead the recruiting function and help us achieve this growth. This includes sourcing and hiring A-players in PE /Tech /Advisory space and building our recruiting engine.

    Experience and pedigree

    1. Min. 7 years of progressive management consulting M&A Tech recruiting experience from a Big-4 consultancy, or similar e.g., A&M, or PE or staffing agencies
    2. Talent sourcing – brings own network and pipeline from the PE/Tech/Consulting sector and develops pipeline as an expert user of Linkedin Recruiter, and effectively manage other channels e.g., agencies, job-posts, alum sites, referrals
    3. Technical knowledge on hiring profiles for PE in complex, large-scale IT transformations e.g. IT carve-outs, ERP/ program management; large-scale Tech implementations
    4. Hustle - experience working in fast pace, high growth or start-up environments to have a laser focus on getting things done AND be comfortable with ambiguity and building processes / structures on the fly
    5. Resilience & adaptability to work across multiple roles across geographies concurrently
    6. Strong top-down communication skills to effectively work with Partners

    Outcomes

    1. Lead recruiting strategy and end-to-end execution to support business growth to hire 50 tech consultants p.a. across role seniorities: junior (e.g., consultant), mid (e.g., manager) and senior (e.g., Associate Partner, Partner) level roles + role pathways: technology strategy consulting and technology delivery consulting
    2. Build the end-to-end recruitment process, driving and delivering hiring solutions effectively and efficiently and seeking out opportunities to improve the way we work to deliver a first-class candidate and business experience across junior, mid and senior level roles
    3. Build and lead recruiting team (as we scale-up) e.g., hire sourcing team. Working directly with the Operations Director, Managing Partner and broader Alysian People and Leadership team
