Lawford Knight is a UK based learning and development consultancy with big growth plans.

We help our clients to deliver brilliant training to their people and we provide a platform on which to do it.

You'll be a driven business development executive looking to make a move into a business that's going places.

We need you to be comfortable making contact (cold and warm) with senior people at our target clients by phone and persuading them to have a longer conversation about their plans and how we can help them.

The ability to 'open doors' on the phone consistently, every day, is vitally important. If you don't get excited every morning about hitting the phones and selling, this isn't for you.

The role is office based in lovely Dorking in Surrey, a few minutes from the high street with its superb selection of shops, coffee outlets and pubs.

Our interview process starts with a phone call and then at least one face to face meeting.
