    Overview Of Role

    Administration and Secretarial support to a team of Chartered surveyors.

    Main duties and requirements

    Preparing correspondence, reports and marketing material through digital and audio typing and word processing

    Answering telephone calls, dealing with initial enquires and passing on messages.

    Administering electronic filing.

    Invoicing and liaising with accounts team.

    Inputting and maintenance of property and client databases.

    Obtaining property related information from on-line sources.

    Diary management.

    Front of Office meeting and greeting visitors.

    Personal Skills

    High Level of IT literacy with experience of Microsoft Office.

    Excellent English grammar and spelling.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to organise and prioritise workload.

    Ability to work effectively under pressure.

    Confident and willing to use own initiative.

    Discretion and confidentiality.
