We want someone who is not only passionate about our mission to ensure our clients meet their sustainability compliance claims, but also someone who is tenacious, results focussed, with clear commercial capability. The Senior Commercial Manager needs to be confident in being the single point of contact for all clients assigned.

    ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Commercial team, you'll play a key part in developing our overall business and delivering sustainable profitable growth in line with the commercial plan.

The role is expected to onboard, manage and develop a new account into TRG whilst also coaching and developing other team members in developing similar accounts to ensure we consistently deliver client satisfaction in line with their commercial agreement.

Alongside account management, you'll be working with subject matter experts reassuring our clients that their products and supply chains meet the standards set out in service proposals and SLAs.

The role will also work with the Operations team to keep up to date on and input to the services we are delivering for the client.

Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, developing and implementing strategic plans to grow accounts, managing and strengthening client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.

    • You'll be comfortable in understanding contractual matters and have a sound knowledge of how contracts are normally constructed
