    Join a dynamic team at my clients manufacturing site based in Knutsford, a leading manufacturer in the chemical process industry who specialise in legacy and unique products for the commercial sector.

    My client is now seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their manufacturing site team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

    This role requires a strong understanding of PLC fault finding, panel fault finding, preventative maintenance (PPM), and a minimum qualification of HNC level in Electrical Engineering.

    Conduct routine electrical maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and processes.
    Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of PLC systems and control panels to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
    Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
    Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruption to production.
    Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
    Minimum HNC qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
    Strong proficiency in PLC and panel fault finding and troubleshooting.
    Willingness to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.

    Competitive salary of £38,000 rising to £40,000 once multiskilled qualification has been completed successfully.
