- Maintaining up to date and compliant client files in conjunction with the technical team.
- Keeping up to date CPD
- Actively seeking out new client opportunities as required
- Diploma Level 4 as a minimum, ideally working towards Chartered
- Ability to manage and maximise portfolios, in line with TCF and FCA requirements
- Knowledge of general planning and also ideally VCT, EIS and IHT matter.

Job Description
A leading Professional Practice are looking to recruit a Financial Planner to join their team in Blackburn. With an established Planning team of six and one to one in the paraplanning function you will be working closely with the fee earners on the professional practice side of the business, as well as looking after an existing portfolio of clients. Clients can be from accumulation phase through to post retirement with no defined lower or upper limit. You will receive a portfolio of c. £20m AUM with clients broadly in the £300k to £3m space.
