What you'll do:


Alongside this, you'll be performance managing a team of third-party suppliers in the C&C spaces, collaborating across your team to develop your complaints management experience and building and managing a positive working relationship with stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions.


You'll also:

  • Identify gaps, develop strategies and implement solutions in the C&C spaces
  • Maintain and improve upon established service level agreements and key performance and risk indicator metrics
  • Create documentation, as well as support controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Trace and link business requirements to future state design
  • Produce and deliver test scenarios at various stages of the selfdriven projects in order to validate the solution design

The skills you'll need:


To be successful in this role, you'll have a highly analytical mindset, with good organisational skills and the ability to independently prioritise and drive forward your work.

It'll be advantageous if you have experience in chargebacks, collections or complaints, but it isn't a requirement.


Furthermore, you'll need:

  • Stakeholder management skills
  • A willingness to develop and flex into other areas of Merchant Operations
  • To be a selfstarter who can leverage relationships to agree on and achieve common goals
