    Description
    Hales Group are recruiting a *Customer Service Administrator* for their Mildenhall based client.

    Working in a busy and fast paced office environment, this role requires a confident communicator, with a keen eye for detail.

    *Customer Service Administrator daily responsibilities to include:
    • First point of contact for inbound enquiries, answering calls and responding to emails
    • Creating files on in-house system, accurate data entry
    • Checking paperwork
    • Preparing quotes
    • Following up on quotes provided and collating feedback
    • Negotiating costs/rates with suppliers
    • Creating invoices
    • General administrative duties to support a busy team
    The successful candidate will ideally have some office experience, and an understanding of MS Word and Excel. The role requires a professional telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and to work independently.
