    Senior Manager of Customer Experience** at EVS Westminster, CO The Senior Manager of Customer Expierence is responsible for providing tactical leadership and execution responsibility for both the Account Management and Support Teams


    Support Management Roles:

    • Evaluate and improve their teams performance through systematic feedback from SLAs and coaching
    • Responsible for providing feedback to Engineering and Quality Assurance departments to enhance the product and make any process improvements
    • Measure, analyze and report on support desk performance data collected via Desk ticket system, NPS and other channels
    • Produce RCA documents for issues causing temporary service disruptions

    Account Management Responsibilities:

    • Direction and leadership on: Account Management (AM) practices to yeild high customer satisfaction rankings via an NPS score, increase expansion revenue through user count & module increases, gain situational awareness to Customers business and mainting CRM data.
    • Evaluate and improve their teams performance through performance reviews and provide coaching
    • Document Acount plans in the CRM and engage appropriate sales or delivery teams as necessary
    • Owning incidents reported by Customers though Account Management channels, insuring appropriate project tasks or support tickets are opened and driven to resolution
    • Measure, analyze and report on NPS data collected via NPS collection surveys
    **Ability to stare at a computer for a several hours

    Compensation:
    $80,000 - $95,000 base + bonus
