Operations Leadership Group
Assistant to join our Operations and Patient Services division.

Salary:
£
27,000 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting)**
Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location:

Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London**Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to key members of the Operations Leadership Group.

Day to day activities to be undertaken for the group include, but are not limited to, diary management, ensuring meetings are organised efficiently, taking meeting minutes and actions, raising and managing purchase orders, providing support to the Chief Operating Officer and/or Director of Laboratory Operations if their Assistants are unavailable, among other general logístical and administrative tasks.


You will bring:


  • Previous experience in working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with sensitive situations.
  • Understanding of how to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Ability to take concise minutes and manage action logs.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and/or part of a team.
  • The ability to listen, learn and improve within the role, learn from mistakes, and speak up when opportunities to improve are identified.
