Fire & Security Contracts Manager - Frimley. (required to visit sites in West and Central London)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all operations within their division, including Service, Projects and New Business.

Scaling a team that turnover between £2m-£5m in annual revenue.

The role would be primarily based at our Frimley office, with site visits as required to meet with clients to co-ordinate works and review progress with engineers.

Assist with ensuring that the quality of the works completed onsite are in keeping with thecompany's exceptionally high standards.

The Role

A Technical Account Manager who is responsible for a selection of key accounts, managing a team of between 5-15 staff and around £2-5m in annual revenue.

You will liaise regularly with clients, senior management, engineers and office staff. Acting as theprimary point of contact for a small selection of key clients.

Account management liaising with clients to develop a sustainable pipeline of works. Helping clients to understand future operational and capital expenditure, assisting with budget planning and producing technical upgrade strategies.

Sales and estimation

Producing sales quotations for works onsite and developing a detailed site knowledge to allow speedy, accurate, consistent, and competitive pricing.

Service base

Working with the support of a service manager to review and renew all service contracts and ensure that all Service levels and KPI's are met or exceeded.
Working to ensure that all remedial actions and corrective works are completed timely and to a high standard.

Managing small projects

Directly managing minor and small works with the assistance of senior engineers and other support staff.
Major Project working in partnership with a Project Manager to act as the client's liaison to monitor larger scale projects for your clients, ensuring all site standards and client expectations are met.
Invoicing and financial reporting
Complete monthly works reviews and submitting all invoicing and progress claims, accurately and on time every month.
Responsible for all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) risk assessment and method statements, general management reports and audits for their business unit.
People management of junior managers, admin, engineers and apprentices, including supporting/encouraging their development and completing staff appraisals.
Scaling the team in line with business development plans. Instilling a growth mindset within the team and promoting a culture of internal progression

Who we're looking for

Either be from a technical/engineering background, or with proven experience within the Fire and Security Industry.
Able to work with in house staff and approved contractors to deliver a range of works across various disciplines.
Excellent communicator, supremely organised, have an exceptional eye for detail and works well within a closeknit team.
