    Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the healthcare sector.
    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
    Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to address them.
    Coordinate and manage the internal team to ensure the successful delivery of services, new innovations and new projects.
    Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth and success.
    Actively participate in meetings, presentations, and other client interactions to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    Maintain accurate records of client communications, agreements, and activities.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as an Account Manager especially within the healthcare industry.
    Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and practices in Scotland.
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Willingness to be on-call on occasion (as per rota) outside of regular business hours to provide support to clients as needed.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
