    Join our exceptional team as an Experienced Credit Hire Handler In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to investigate complex litigated credit hire claims from both tactical and strategic perspectives.

    As a File Handler, you'll conduct intricate and technical investigations on claims submitted by specific opponents. These claims typically fall within the £25,000 value range.

    This role offers a fantastic chance to gain further experience in credit hire claims, with a focus on successfully repudiating such claims.

  • Handle a caseload of DA credit hire and injury files under the supervision of your Team Leader.
  • Receive instructions at the point of litigation and manage RTA claims through to conclusion, including court hearings.
  • Review and analyse files in alignment with client guidelines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs remain central to decision-making.
  • Formulate initial strategies for approval by the Team Leader.
  • Conduct legal research.
  • Negotiate with third-party solicitors via telephone.
  • Liaise with insured parties and insurers.
  • Accurately execute 'actions' as per the Case Management System task list.Working Hours
  • Enjoy a 35-hour workweek from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a relaxing 1-hour lunch break.
  • Your primary location will be our Parklands Office in Bolton, where you'll spend 1 day a week. The remaining 4 days offer the flexibility of working comfortably from home.
