Overall expectations:

Maintains a well presented, homely and safe environment whilst developing respectful relationships with Residents and Colleagues. Housekeepers have the day to day responsibility for all cleaning activities in the home (excluding the kitchen) and grounds.


The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining:

  • safe, hygienic and well-presented home in a way that meets the Residents needs and preferences in a caring and responsive manner
- compliance with Cedar Care policies, procedures and systems.


Responsibilities:


  • Delivering a highquality cleaning service, whilst maintaining a nurturing, open, fair and transparent culture
  • Provide a responsive service so that Residents living environment and personal effects are maintained according to their preferences
  • Providing effective and efficient cleaning services that are delivered in a respectful way.
  • Maintaining a caring culture, treating people with dignity and respect at all times.
