    Job Description

    WAF Security Engineer required for a 6 to 12-month initial contract working with a Tier 1 bank.

    Fully Remote

    6 to 12-month initial contract

    Up to £625 per day Inside IR35

    • Experience of implementing WAF in one or more cloud environments (AWS, Google, Azure...)
    • Understanding of Web application Technologies, Protocols and Security (HTTP, API, TLS, DNS, CDN etc)
    • WAF deployment, tuning and troubleshooting experience.
    • Experience of implemented Bot and DOS/DDos protection
    • Good knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, JavaScript ect.) and automation experience
