A role you will love
We're looking for someone with passion, enthusiasm, and, of course, excellent communication skills
You will create and deliver internal communications plans and content that inform, engage and inspire our employees.
You'll work closely with the business to really understand their communications needs and translate your insight into engaging, effective employee communications.
You'll seek out news, and work across our communication channels to develop and upload content.You'll work closely with other members of our global Internal Comms team to organize global Town Hall events and record video updates, while contributing to global communications campaigns that inform and engage employees.
You'll also work closely with our graphic designer to create eye-catching imagery.
While you'll work on our existing communications channels, you also be encouraged to come up with new and creative ideas and improvements.
We're looking for a quick thinker who can simplify complex information and manage multiple tasks while showing attention to detail.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Develop and deliver internal communications content in line with corporate branding and communications guidelines.
- Provide communication support and counsel to business line and shared services colleagues (especially our People, Technology, and Facilities teams)
- Contribute to the development of global corporate communication campaigns, materials and platforms such as our global employee newsletter and intranet site.
- Assist with the facilitation of virtual (and occasionally inperson) Town Halls.
- Provide communications support for change management initiatives such as acquisitions, office moves, or technology changes.
- Work closely with the wider Corporate Communications team, including Media, and Social Media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business.
- Help to manage colleague twoway project communications channels including Q&As, shared mailboxes and SharePoint sites, ensuring information is up to date, accurate and approved.
- Support initiatives to maintain, improve and measure the success of our communications and colleague engagement

You'll be able to flex your approach to meet the needs of the people you're working with and always look at ways to improve.
Other key skills and experience required:
- Degree from a three-year college or university; one to three years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills and an excellent grasp of the English language, including spelling and grammar.
- Experience managing intranet content within SharePoint or similar Content Management Systems
- Able to independently plan, organise and prioritise your workload, yet be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail. Able to deliver highquality outputs at all times.
- Experience organising and/or facilitating large virtual (and occasionally inperson) meetings such as Town Halls is desired.
- Experience with change communication/change management is also a plus.
- Skilled in the use of all Microsoft Office software, including SharePoint. Experience in basic image editing would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proven ability to work independently when not in the office.
