    About the team
    We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, target driven Collection's Advisors to join us in our vibrant Manchester Office in the ever-desirable area of Spinningfields, Manchester City Centre. Our newly refurbished offices host a friendly yet professional environment where successful candidates can develop and grow.

    What you will be doing

    • Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications and/or any other digital methods introduced into the department / function
    • Acting as a first point of contact for customers with outstanding arrears
    • Reinstating of Direct debits to adhere to our One Call Resolution aim
    • Showing empathy to vulnerable customers
    • Negotiating & setting up repayment arrangements
    • General administration duties
    • Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators (FCA / ICO/ FLA)
    • Adhere to KPI's set by the business

    What you will bring

    • We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections (Late or Early Arrears) as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor, Credit Controller or similar
    • Strong customer service & communication skills with the ability to empathise with people
    • The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
    • Experienced working within a regulated organisation background
    • Polite telephone manner
    • Strong IT skills to navigate multiple platforms
    • Experience of working with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook

    Location: Manchester City Centre – Hybrid Working option available – Friday and one other day per week office based, 3 days working from home.

    Competitive salary plus up to £500 per month commission based bonus scheme
    Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm or 9:30am –5:00pm (shift dependant)
