Page Personnel are thrilled to be working with a Global Law firm based in Liverpool to recruit for a Data Administrator on a full time permanent basis.
Client Details
Our client are one of the leading and most successful Law Firms in the UK. They have fantastic recently renovated city centre offices and offer a hybrid working role.
Description
The responsibilities of the Data Administrator are:
- Be responsible for the administration support to the Data team
- Cleansing and maintaining of client and matter data
- Running searches to identify incomplete or inaccurate data and updating as required
- Checking and verifying new data entries to ensure minimum data standards
- Addressing data quality issues
- Reviewing processes and procedures to ensure best practice is implemented
- Conduct regular housekeeping tasks
Profile
The successful Data Administrator will posses:
- Previous experience with CRM would be beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT and administrative skills
- Experience of compliance and practice management systems in a law firm
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Job Offer
