Behaviour Support Assistant | Streatham Hill | Full Time | £80 - £90 PAYE | Immediate Start
Ortus Recruitment are working on a very exciting opportunity in a fantastic primary school in the Streatham Hill area. The school are eager to appoint a new behaviour mentor to work with pupil's with special educational needs.

You will be working 1:1 with pupil who showcase challenging emotional and behavioural needs, as well as working with students in small groups, in order to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.

Applicant Specification:

Holds a Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant degree.
Strong knowledge of behaviour management is essential.
Experience working with SEN or Challenging Behaviour
Is able to build effective relationships with children and staff.
Can be a strong role model and go to person for children.
