- Prepare cases thoroughly, secure evidence, and present compelling arguments for hire recovery as a Motor Vehicle Damage Claims Litigation Paralegal
- Maximize case profitability through hire, repairs, recovery, and storage
- Ensure compliance with Court directions
- Manage a case load of litigated claims from issue to hearing or settlement
- Deliver excellent Client Care following SRA regulations
- Competitive Base Salary with a monthly bonus structure
