    Come and work as a Band 5 Physiotherapist in one of the bigger community health care NHS trust, CLCH.

    Are you an innovative, enthusiastic, organized and dedicated physiotherapist with a strong interest ingeneral rehabilitation looking for challenge and improve your rehab skills and experience? We are currently looking for a Band 5 physiotherapists to join our inpatient general rehabilitation team at Furness Ward, Willesden Centre for Health and Care, based in Willesden.

    Be an active member of the multidisciplinary clinical team, providing a Physiotherapy service within inpatient rehabilitation unit and community
    Work within professional standards and clinical guidelines, promote best practice and to undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner including assessing and treating own caseload of clients, with support of senior staff
    Build up and maintain key relationships with referring services and the band 5 rotational services to facilitate appropriate referrals and an understanding of the role of the Physiotherapist and the Multi- professional team
    Work in a variety of settings including clinics, client's own home, residential care home, continuing care homes and community Centre's

    Support self and service development through active participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD), In service training, and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service.

    To work autonomously whilst being aware of professional limitations and seeking support as necessary through formal and informal individual sessions with peers/more senior physiotherapists
    BSc degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
    Evidence of continuous professional and personal development relevant to rotations
    Wide ranging student experience including musculoskeletal outpatients, adult/older people's rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and neurology placements.
    Registration with the Chartered society of Physiotherapy

    Experience of working within NHS environment as a student
    Effective physiotherapy manual skills to assess and treat patients with neuro-musculoskeletal conditions
    Effective physiotherapy skills to be able to assess, goal set, treat and manage rehabilitation patients particularly within a multidisciplinary team
    Research project carried out at under graduate level
    Presentation skills to lead and teach in-service training sessions
    Experience working as an assistant or volunteer within musculoskeletal, rehabilitation or community settings

    Knowledge of recent research supporting or negating physiotherapy management of neuro-musculoskeletal conditions
    Knowledge and understanding of complex medical conditions including neurological conditions, falls andmulti-pathologies.
