    Finatal is partnered with a dynamic, rapidly growing Insurtech business backed by venture capital, in their search for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer. This role is pivotal to drive further expansion, increased profitability, and eventual exit which will likely be in the next two years. The CFO will be instrumental in leading transformation initiatives and driving operational change. This is a great opportunity for an established CFO who has experience in an enterprise level business with SaaS revenues and time/materials billing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support our growth objectives.
    • Drive operational efficiencies and process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
    • Growing the business through operational and transformative change.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
    • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and risk management activities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
    • Play a key role in shaping our exit strategy and maximizing shareholder value.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in a SaaS or enterprise-level business with VC backing.
    • Strong understanding of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
    • Experience with time/materials based billing models is highly desirable.
    • Track record of driving transformational change and delivering results in a high-growth environment.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • ACA/ACCA Qualification preferable.
