Exciting news Bridges Properties is expanding, and we're thrilled to announce a new opportunity for another Sales Negotiator to join our team.

We're seeking a motivated and driven individual who's eager to join a rapidly growing estate agency in West Lothian.

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team at Bridges Properties.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating offers to achieve the best possible prices for our clients, and maintaining regular communication to provide exceptional service.

In addition, you will be expected to create social media content, including videos and TikTok/Instagram reels.

Being adaptable and able to undertake other roles within the business is also crucial as part of our growing team.

Property/Estate Agency experience would be beneficial for this role but not essential.

What matters most is finding the right person who's passionate about learning and contributing to our already fantastic reputation, which we've worked hard to build over the past 2 and a half years.

You'll need your own car and mobile phone for this role, and we'll provide a mileage allowance.
