We're looking for a User Researcher to join a growing research community in a well-known organisation.


You'll be joining an multidisciplinary agile team planning and running research as part of the organisation's digital transformation helping digitise key services.

You'll be working amongst a team of 8 or so other researchers and with a wide variety of stakeholders and users on projects.

The organisation is complex as are the journeys you'll be working on.

You'll play a key role in continuing to help build research maturity and take part in the community of practice.

The organisation is no stranger to research overall so although UX maturity is still growing there's a great level of research buy in across the org.

You'll be given huge amounts of autonomy and play a key role in helping to shape it moving forwards too.


This is an exciting role for a user researcher that's looking for purposeful projects that have a positive impact beyond commercial outcomes.

What experience you'll need

Comfortable recruiting participants planning running and synthesising research.
Know a variety of research methods and when best to employ them.
A great communicator able to bring people on board with user research and demonstrate the value.
Experience of working agile.
A keen problem solver that enjoys complexity.
