The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach on our A Level Chemistry, and BTEC Applied Science courses

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year

About you:


  • Experience of teaching in a post16 setting
  • Ideally possess a Chemistry or related degree
  • Teaching qualification is desirable
  • Enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential
  • Knowledge of the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales specification and the ability to support learners completing the Individual Project in Science related disciplines would be an added advantage
