We are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in a flexible hybrid capacity working from London.All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an our dynamic commercial team covering sales, account management, marketing, publishing, and partnerships. As a Junior Account Manager, you'll collaborate closely with sales leaders, focusing on supporting current customers and business partners.Your dedication to excellent customer service will be essential as you represent the "FE fundinfo" brand, strengthening existing relationships and exploring new opportunities.You'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve immediate and future business goals while contributing to innovative thought-leadership a successful candidate, expect significant support from a Senior Account Manager during your on-boarding.Your key responsibilities as an Account Manager will be:

    • Responsible for a portfolio of client accounts within the business and will be targeted to retain and grow those accounts.
    • Proactive client and opportunity development
    • Retain and upsell clients by understanding client's businesses and requirements to ensure the highest level of customer service and maximize all potential opportunities
    • Manage and re-negotiate contract renewals
    • Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio and oversee set-up, order forms and invoicing
    • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline, recording all relevant activities in Salesforce
    • Maintaining regular contact with clients and contributing to growth and retention initiatives
    • Fully understand our proposition and be able to demo/discuss products/services in detail.
    • Manage the client cancellation process.
    • Demonstrate active listening & excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics and KPIs in Salesforce
    • Maintain and develop industry and product knowledge by participating in training opportunities (internal sessions), reading professional publications (e.g. FE Trustnet, Money Marketing, FT, Citywire, Boring Money) and sharing in TEAMS
    • Maintaining personal networks via LinkedIn
