- Responsible for a portfolio of client accounts within the business and will be targeted to retain and grow those accounts.
- Proactive client and opportunity development
- Retain and upsell clients by understanding client's businesses and requirements to ensure the highest level of customer service and maximize all potential opportunities
- Manage and re-negotiate contract renewals
- Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio and oversee set-up, order forms and invoicing
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline, recording all relevant activities in Salesforce
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and contributing to growth and retention initiatives
- Fully understand our proposition and be able to demo/discuss products/services in detail.
- Manage the client cancellation process.
- Demonstrate active listening & excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Forecast and track key account metrics and KPIs in Salesforce
- Maintain and develop industry and product knowledge by participating in training opportunities (internal sessions), reading professional publications (e.g. FE Trustnet, Money Marketing, FT, Citywire, Boring Money) and sharing in TEAMS
