  • Occasional Weekend Work.
  • Shifted between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays).
  • Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme.

Overview:


As part of the Customer Service Team, our Clients Customer Service Agents are expected to provide an exceptional experience on all inbound and outbound calls to both client and tenant.

The successful Customer Service Agent will possess an exceptional telephonemanner and be able to advise residents of step-by-step progress on works, book appointments and provide both
customer and clerical support, in turn ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of administrative operations.

What do you need?

  • Good level of spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous Customer Service experience.
  • Experience of High-Volume, High-Pressure Environments.
  • Inbound call/service centre experience.
  • Administration/Data inputting.
  • Able to work alone and within a team.
  • Able to resolve problems quickly and smoothly.
