We're flexible, so you'll work a total 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis.If you have already proved your critical care or respiratory skills, perhaps in an ICU/HDU setting, or similar environment, we can offer you a more stimulating role that offers real variety.
We actively support you to develop your skills through outstanding training and development pathways.For you, that could mean mentorship training or our own Advanced Respiratory High Dependency Course - a 30 credit, level 6 programme validated through The University of Surrey.
Successful completion will enable you to apply for a band 6 role.Here, you'll get the chance to build strong relationships with patients as you experience a diverse mix of critical and longer-term care.
In every case, you'll be helping to create inspiring stories of changing lives.You will have the ability to react quickly and keep a cool head, whatever's happening around you.
