He/She is sitting pretty, has been part of the furniture for years and you're sure must have some compromising photos of the CTO on their laptop...

Therefore you're stuck at the Senior level but with higher aspirations. You're still managing and mentoring more Junior Engineers but don't quite get the recognition (or salary) you deserve. You are pretty much doing your Managers job already but without the official title and responsibility.

We're looking for a Manager to manage 7 Engineers, a mixture of System Admins, System Engineers and DevOps.

You'll have the opportunity to work on the B2B side of a well know ecommerce organisation, who are a semi-household name (my Nan probably wouldn't know them, but most would).

From a technology perspective, which accounts for 50% of the position, they're one of the biggest users of Kubernetes in London.

You'll have the opportunity to work with K8, without really needing a huge amount of commercial prod experience with it (an interest in this area is essential).

Deep understanding of Linux Engineering, Cloud technology, Applications and Operations is vital as well.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a company pushing boundaries, from both a tech perspective and a business perspective.

You'll have the opportunity to manage a talented bunch of engineers and the opportunity to continue the exponential growth of the team.
