Procurement Administrator - Lincoln - Up to £23,000

Chase & Holland are proud to be working closely with a global, highly successful niche manufacturer, who are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Administrator to work within a forward-thinking business.

Tou will be responsible for managing the purchasing of materials, equipment and services and working with vendors to negotiate prices andmonitor inventory levels to ensure that products meet quality standards.

Procurement Administrator Responsibilities:

Reviewing purchase orders and making sure that they are complete and accurate before approving them
Making sure that contracts are issued in accordance with company requirement in regard to terms and conditions
Negotiating prices for goods or services
Coordinating with vendors to ensure that they deliver on time and meet quality standards
Coordinating bids from vendors and selecting a winning bidder based on merit
Managing inventory levels of materials and supplies, ensuring that there is an adequate supply for operations
Reviewing purchase orders to ensure that they are complete and accurate
Responsible for contracts
Support procurement of direct raw material orders
Working closely with the warehouse and logistics manager.

Hours:
Full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in purchase administration desirable
Interest in training towards CIPS
IT Literate
Good organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentations.
