We are supporting a charitable organisation to recruit for a number of support practitioners across Edinburgh & Lothians to support service users with mental health, learning disabilities, older persons, substance misuse & autism

About the role:

Provide practical support and encouragement across all aspects of people's everyday lives
Support with relationships,mobility, medications, meals, emotions, personal care, money and budgets, health and wellbeing,communication, planning for the future, participation in sports and leisure activities, and any other aspect of life that is recorded within someone's support plan.

Benefits:

- £500 Welcome Bonus

33 days holiday per year (pro rata)
Increases each year by 1 day for up to 5 years
