Head of Marketing

  • Surrey, 3 days a week officebased
  • Full time, Permanent position
- £80,000 - £85,000 per annum plus benefits


Summary:

Tide Partnership is working with a prestigious homecare group as they are looking to appoint a Head of Marketing to oversight the provider's marketing techniques and brand management.

As the provider is looking to grow between 2024 and 2025 you will be instrumental in growing the brand.


The Role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for a team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Executives to execute the provider's Marketing growth plans.

You will be responsible for generating leads for the sales team to convert into new business whilst driving the provider's brand and client engagement.


Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Developing and leading the effective marketing strategy of the provider
  • Leading the digital and traditional forms of marketing for the provider, through targeted campaigns
  • Develop the provider's brand and reputation through targeted forms of marketing
  • Lead on the process on bringing both new clients and customers to the provider
  • Develop new innovative ways of client engagement and retention in the business.

Job Criteria - Essential:

  • 5 years Marketing experience
  • Marketing experience within the homecare setting.
  • Developing and leading marketing strategies
  • Development of brand management
  • Business growth through marketing campaigns

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
